Feliz Navidad!

Meet my daddy! :) The tall genes gotta come from somewhere.

Merry Christmas everyone! :) Hope you are all having a Merry Christmas! This outfit is something that I would wear often during the holiday season due to its comfort and warmth. It's also very simplistic and versatile. You could wear this to various different occasions! In these photos, this outfit was worn to a family dinner.

Have a very Merry Christmas!

Holy Gold

Believe it or not, these awesome photos were shot at a skytrain station! Those cool art pieces behind me were done by an artist and are on public display for everyone to enjoy at the station! Go art!

HOLY GOLD! I am a complete and total sucker for gold, studs and leggings. Gold is classic, timeless, shiny and matches with my warm complexion well. Studs add some edge without being full on eye gouging spikes. Leggings are probably the most comfortable pants you can wear besides lulu yoga pants or sweats. Having all three of these beautiful elements combined into one pair of bottoms that I managed to snag for a mere $5 at a black friday sale was too good to be true. I also love how these gold studs are arranged in a cross- like formation. The long part of the cross goes down the side of my leg, and the perpendicular intersecting studs cross the tops of my thighs. I appreciate that these studs do not cheapen the look of the leggings but instead lend an edgy element to something so comfortable.

MERRY CHRISTMAS! Joy To The World.

Red Velvet

Just had to :)

Red velvet to me is the symbolic fabric texture of Christmas. It's festive, cheery and easy to dress up or down. To be honest, I put absolutely zero thought into this outfit. I was running late so I literally looked into my closet and picked random items that I thought had a possibility of working well with my velvet skirt. I wanted this outfit to be put together, but not too formal so I wore my combat boots (that I wear with basically everything, no joke) and a slouchy blazer instead of a more structured one. Velvet is so festive, beautiful, versatile and worth investing in just for something a little different.

Thanks so much for reading and Merry Christmas !! :)

"Ugly" Sweater Weather

It's that time of year! Sweater weather, or for many "ugly" sweater weather. I absolutely love this sweater. It definitely is not ugly in my opinion but fits the stereotype of a unique sweater that is cozy and perfect for the wintertime. This sweater is a slight hi- low hemline which only adds to its uniqueness. It's honestly a STATEMENT sweater. When wearing this sweater, I feel like no other clothing item I wear with it can take away its star status.

Thanks so much for reading! :)

That Preppy Plaid

This outfit was inspired by the upcoming holiday season! For some reason, I always associate plaid with the Christmas season and these photos were taken exactly two months before Christmas! I wanted to add a bit of "Christmas" into this outfit without being overly Christmasy. I broke out my wool skirt just for this outfit and I'm glad to announce that it's finally wool skirt season! Bye- bye for now tight, short mini skirts! These photos were taken on an amazing day! The leaves were just starting to fall and change colour and it was surprisingly warm outside! Yay for those beautiful non- rainy fall days. I live in Raincouver so every beautiful day is much appreciated. Go out there and enjoy the beautiful weather when you get the chance! And don't forget to have a ride on the swings! I LOVE SWINGS!!! You're never too old after all ;)

I love this belt. A lot. If you haven't noticed already.

Thanks so much for ready everyone! :) <3

Shades Of Blue + Leaves

Hello there, friends. Excuse my goofy, non made up face please. This is what happens when you are Lazy with a capital L. This outfit was actually inspired by my shoes. Turquoise is one of my two favourite colours. No joke. So i chose to wear these shoes first, and the rest of the outfit then quickly followed. If you haven't noticed already, I like leopard print. The earthy tone of this leopard print blouse reminds me of the warm fall colours. I'm not really into wearing solely darker colours in the fall and winter. Instead, I would rather choose to wear clothing items that make me feel happy and confident, no matter what the season. And if that means wearing leopard print,  royal blue and turquoise, then so be it!

That stylish hair tie tho ;)
